Key Responsibilities
Your main goal is to maintain high poultry welfare standards and ensure operations run efficiently. Reporting directly to the Farm Manager, you will: Ensure animal welfare and maintain a clean, safe environment for the ducks. Follow biosecurity protocols: Adhere to strict biosecurity measures across different farm locations. Meet production targets: Help achieve target weights and low mortality rates for the flock. Contribute to health and safety: Identify risks and offer improvement suggestions to the manager. Maintain records: Keep up-to-date information to track progress and performance. Assist with stock control: Monitor supplies and report shortages. Collaborate with the team: Work efficiently with managers and colleagues to complete tasks safely.
