Job Requirements:

You should have a high school diploma and at least four years of experience working with food and drinks. A minimum of 12th-grade education is required. It’s not a problem if you don’t know how to speak Turkish; you can handle all matters in English.

Education and Experience:

Option: High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area.
Option: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; 2 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or a related professional area.Core Work Activities

Responsibility:

Create and manage financial plans, employee activities, and guest satisfaction plans for the Food and Beverage departments.
Keep costs under control for the kitchen and restaurant.
Use budgets to understand financial goals.This job involves managing everything related to food and drinks. You will oversee the kitchen, restaurants, bars, and room service. Your responsibilities include ensuring customer and employee satisfaction, adhering to food regulations, and ensuring profitability. You need to be well-versed in food and drink laws. You will also need to plan and strategize to make the food and beverage business successfu.Oversee daily operations and manage employees.
Use communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
Supervise all food, drink, and room service operations.
Create a motivating and team-focused environment.
Provide excellent customer service to employees and address their concerns quickly.Promote a learning atmosphere with continuous improvement.Offer coaching and guidance to team members.
Build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Monitor and maintain employee productivity.
Develop and prioritize goals and plans to work efficiently.

Customer Management:
